Dryanovo Monastery
 Dryanovo Monastery was probably founded in 13 century and rebuilt on its present site in 17 century. Set in a gorge beneath high crags, the monastery was the site of the dramatic resistance of 200 rebels during the April Rising in 1876 in the struggle for liberation from Ottoman domination. |
