Sunny Beach
Slanchev Bryag or Sunny Beach is the largest Bulgarian seaside resorts. It stretches along a 7-km natural bay full of fine-grained sand sheltered by the descending slopes of the Balkan Mountains. Natural dunes with rare flowers edge the beach. A lot of new construction has been going on over the past few years. The existing hotels have been completely modernized and today the resort features a wide range of 5- to 2-star hotels. The resort boosts over 150 restaurants, snack bars and cafeterias. Plenty of entertainment is provided for the young and agile at the nightclubs and discotheques. Sport-lovers will be pleasantly surprised – windsurfing, water-skiing, boating, yachting, parascending are widely represented.
