The proposed Events take place once for a certain period of time and represent unique Bulgarian traditions.

You will find below a brief description of the Event.

A whole tour can be dedicated to the Event or we can fit it in the program of an already existing one.

 Festival of Roses

 The famous Valley of Roses lies between the Balkan Mountains to the north and the Sredna Gora Mountains to the south. It is protected from the cold north winds while the warm and moisturous south winds from the Mediterranean easily penetrate the valley, thus making it the ideal situation for the cultivation of roses. Mint, lavender and other oil-yielding plants are grown here, but above all the valley is known for its rose fields.

 Each year a Festival of Roses is held in Kazanluk – the capital of the Valley of Roses. In the course of a couple of days everyone can take part in the procession following the Queen of Roses, admire the vast fields heavy with rose aroma, experience the “rose-picking” ritual with young girls festively dressed in national costumes, dance to the rhythm of traditional music or simply taste the famous rose liqueur.
